I came across a belt online a year or so ago that had a heart-rate monitor on the waist band (like runners use to measure heart rate) that would signal the vibrating plugs to stop once the woman's heart rate reached a certain level-say, 105 beats per minute. After 30 or so seconds, the plugs start vibrating again and the cycle is repeated over and over. Most women cum at around 110-115, so you can imagine the frustrated torment it could provide to the wearer. The girl could be kept, theoretically, at the verge of orgasm indefinetly without orgasm.

That's my idea! I wrote something similar into a Lit story a few years back. Oh what fun!
