I could and have thought about an awesome cocobolo ring but no, I make them out of stainless steel, LOL.
 
Had an antique ivory one a number of years ago and it was nice.As with most ivory was fragile,and eventually broke,Made a few for folks,including a few copies of the infamous "five gates of Hell"version.
 
Just slipped on a silicone double ring, larger ring around my ball sac and smaller on the shaft. They're connected with a small pull tab for dual stim.

I just recently saw one that was attached to a huge meat hook looking thing with a SS metal ball on the end of the hook part. Didn't take much imagination to figure where the hook and ball were going. Might be interesting to get one and see how it fills and tugs on the vitals.

Mmmm...yeah, I've seen those. They look HOT! Expesive though...was thinking of fabricating one myself....custom! :D
