corsets...sexy

An aquaintance of mine has "H" cups... She loves corsets...{And looks DAMNED good in them *grin*}
But...
She has given up on buying "off the shelf"... The two other choices being custom made at a prohibitive cost, or learning a new skill or two...She chose to learn the skills.
I've been sort of following her progress and I can tell you that the patterns are readily available, so are the materials, and the one or two specialized things you need {I.E. The "awl" used to make the holes for the front closure and the eyelets without breaking the threads in the fabric}.
She has told me that there is nothing involved in making one that anyone even reasonably competent shouldn't be able to do in short order..

P.S. One of the reasons she likes them so much...They alleviate the backache that so often goes with the large breasts.. As in "poof" it's gone.

Alright, so I tried an overbust corset on yesterday at Faire....and was pleasantly surprised at how much I really really really liked it. (And looked good, too.) Had the lady put it on layaway for me and I'll talk to her this weekend (either on the phone or in person) and see if I can't arrange some sort of longer-term-till-I-get-the-money-to-her holding...thing. (Heh, I was sitting here earlier debating whether I honestly wanted it...seems like my subconscious has decided for me.)

I hope, within a short period of time, I'll be able to join the ranks. ^.^

It's lovely! I didn't realize SL had been sold to JT's, that's an interesting development. From what I have seen JT's has pretty good business practices; I know they sponsor a lot of leather events.

You might consider getting a custom corset, they are fitted individually and your breasts would look great!
