Now to find someone in So Cal to teach me after I get home in Aug. Should be fun.

From the "operator's" (PYL's) point of view, it is fun, interesting, different than many of the things we do - and the pyls I know who have "indulged" seemed to find it of interest and pleasurable, too.

A lot of the sites, both here and ones I've found, compair it deep tissue massage as well, which is something I miss being able to do for those I care about.

Used to give great back/arm/leg/foot massages and loved watching the dramatic pre- and post-massage differances in people.
Sadly, can't do that anymore because my hands simply can't take it (hurts like no tommorow).

So all the more reason to learn Cupping. And the sets don't look that expensive either, another plus.

Wow... this was something completely new to me... in bdsm context anyway.

In Finland we have a same kind, very old medical treatment. It involves sucktion cups and cutting skin. Your skin get pierced and that cup is put to suck "bad blood" from your body.

I guess in this country where blood pressure and very thick blood are really common it was a healthy practice
