Seeing how a certain cyclist (IZA) has my heart rate warmed up....although not as "Sexy" as her...perhaps its a good day to...go for a "HARDTAIL" Ride?

Unfortunately today my work got in the way, as I had to travel to visit my customers....however, my GPS managed to take me to the "correct locations" . Not Sexy, but nonetheless, Cycling related..

I average about an hour per ride. Need to pull out the winter gear.

It goes by pretty quickly. I usually do one long 2-4+ ride a week. More of a long slow recovery ride from the rest of the weeks workouts.
