The Dems are actually set up for a larger than normal bump. Harris has a national audience for the first time as the candidate. Walz gets his first national audience. Democrats actually have phenomenal speakers including former presidents Clinton and Obama. It's going to be great.

There also is basically zero chance the Republicans get any bump from any debates that happen. Walz is experienced and likable and Vance is creepy and speaks poorly in public. Harris is smooth and has a prosecutor approach while Trump is old and feeble minded and gets twisted up in all his own lies.
