The first time with anal, using a LOT of lube is crucial. (Lube is cheap and never having the chance to get anal again because you rushed it really, really sucks.) The first time I've had anal, I've used the lube to just get the head inside (going reallllly slowly), then I just stay still. It takes a lot not to start rocking my hips, but staying still is important. Let her dictate the speed (or lack thereof). Don't anticipate being able to cum that way the first time or two. Having her play with her clit at the same time is also really helpful. By time #3, you can start moving a bit more, always being sensitive to her.
