How about putting on a pair of clamps with a short chain between, then gently stepping on the chain so she's forced to the ground, one breast on either side of the offending boot?
Well, they're like bobby pins, but flat metal and about three mm thick. Bought em at the grocery store. 
I do love my nipple clamps and I have many varieties but my favourites are called Daisy clamps and the mechanism has an iris mechanism that closes them. they have the advantage of clamping the nipple as tight as you wish evenly from all sides and leaving the tip exposed for further stimulation. I have had them for some time and they are starting to get worn. I have been hunting trying to find another set but have been unable to. Does anyone know where I can purchase some new ones?

I love nipple clamping, though it's been strictly on my own. My relationships have been mostly vanilla up to this point.
I've never used bought clamps because I love my adjusted bobby pins.
I have tiny nipples so I feel like big ones wouldn't have enough to grip to. xD But I love to wear them under my clothes around the house. That subtle stinging ache turns me into goo right quick, and reminds me to maintain good posture at the computer.
I've never worn them for over an hour, what's a good time limit to prevent damage? Is it a good idea to let the blood return at regular intervals?
Also has anyone experienced extended loss of sensation in their nipples from aggressive clamping?
Yes. That. And then add some clamps. If you tie them up real good, the nipples won't get hard. Awesome with clamps. Seriously.
I'm with you on that. after about 10 minutes my nipples go purple. After 20 its agony. By the way, do you have any experience with metal-tipped clamps? Mine have rubber tips and it's sometimes kinda painful to take them off, as the rubber sticks to my skin. I'm interested to know if there's that problem with metal clamps.In my experience, something like 20 minutes max? Though my clamps are not like bobby pins at all. These clamp down way harder than yours. I could not sit for an hour with those things on... (squirm, beg, whimper, heheheh)
Haven't had sensation loss. But playing with the clamps, or keeping them on a bit too long does sometimes give me some tiny bruises. Yes. Awful.
I do get used to clamping. Clothes pins used to be too intense, once, but now...
Metal clamps? Hm. I have tried those metal clamp things used for hanging towels, they're metal, but they just kept slipping off. That, or I had to clamp them down too tight, and even then.
Taking off clamps is, in my experience, one of the more painful moments of playing with clamps anyway, though.
