Do you picture anyone when writing

To be honest, I generally develop my characters in my imagination, but if I choose to work in a fanfic, I actually research the physical characteristics of the actor/actress in question. However, I do have one character that I have made from real life. In Francis Wilde Day, for those of you that have read it (thanks!), along the Gem of Mind Control line that I have developed, the character Jenny is based upon a boss of mine. Sadly, the reason why I chose her was that I got ticked off because I never knew or was told the position was open, otherwise I would have applied for the job. The real "Jenny" is nice though, too bad she was never single.

I just ran into an inspiration. A friend of mine watches Everwood, and I taped last week's episode. There was a seduction scene with Kelly Carlson (from Nip/Tuck).
Oh, man. I challenge any hetero man to resist that particular scene. *pant* *pant*
