Embarras de Richesse

A stern chase is a long chase, the sailors say. I've been away for more than a week, and have missed out on the new Summer Lovin' entries. Sorry, because it looks like there were some really good entries.

I'm a longtime fan of SA Penn Lady, and her Summer Lovin' entry "King's Bay" is a total winner. A brilliant concept, caught me by surprise. Hot and sweet, with a bite to it.

Two of the top three in the Summer Lovin' were written by women (or at least authors who so identify). And they were really good.

Jumping on this thread

to let those who might care know that there was a flurry of quality LW stories today (10/03). A couple of newer authors with promise, a JPB offering, and another welcome return from MGM. Just a heads up.

The Pearl Ring

The whole thing didn't really turn out as I'd hoped. The main problem - the Literotica site is simply not set up effectively for illustrated stories. One of the pictures got distorted and was never corrected (in fact, I never got a response over the issue) and it was taking far too long for them to post Part II (there are five parts altogether).

I will attempt to repost this story in its entirety when/if the site works out its kinks.

Jdeau promises more and better in the following chapters of "The Pearl Ring", but says it will take a while to get there. We shall see.

Roden Addison has posted the conclusion of "The Widow." Hope his fans like the story as much as I did. And his Summer Lovin' entry is sitting in my inbox.

Saxon Stonedyke has overcome DSL, the Internet and RL to post the conclusion of "Girl of My Heart". You go, girl!

Got to get weaving this evening, because SilkStockingsLover has a Summer Lovin' entry for a quick copy edit, and off to the races.

Writers, keep 'em coming (pun definitely intended)!

Like the proverbial bad penny, I keep turning up. This time, it's to congratulate D_Lynn for her winning story "Differently Sighted". Very well-told story.
