... I'm just about to watch it... I look forward to it
Game of Thrones...
Bloody hell!
Not the most recent of movies, per se, but...just watched 'Rush'.
Seriously impressed.
Mmmmm OK. I'm a self admitted Star Trek Geek... but "Into the Darkness"... Just saw it, and It seems to me that It was just one big apology to the ST Universe trying to hit as many "Big ST Universe" TOS Moments in one movie as possible.
Sad... JJ Abrams is sad... Unless the next movie is Fantastic... then he's a frigging hero. TBD.
Yeah that was a good movie. I got it because of Hemsworth, but I was really impressed with the guy who played Nicky Lauda in that.
Justified is going to be incredible next season.
The rape scene in the latest episode of Game of Thrones was very different than how it came across to me in the book. It was also awful. Not just, hey that's not good TV awful, but that really makes my skin crawl awful. I'm not against a show like GoT, which wallows in how awful humanity can be, showing a great deal of awful. It seems reasonable and typical.
But this rape seems misplaced. In the book, while forceful and unkind, it is not without consent. It isn't really a rape so much as a loveless rutting. There's a difference and it is important to how we regard Jaime Lannister. Jaime becomes a guy we can cheer in the show, one of the rare few, and appreciate. How do you appreciate him after that?

About to start season 2 of AHS. -sigh- Yay.
I haven't started it yet, Starry. Let me know how you find the first episode. I'm taking a break from binge-watching shows at the minute. I have a few queued up in my netflix, Battlestar Galactica, Justified, Reaper...
No idea where to start.
