It looks to me like she's in an airport. I don't get the opportunity to fly somewhere very often, but the next time I do I'll wear a short dress like that to test your theory and see if guys move away from me.
If they do I won't be insulted.
If they don't, I will be LOL.
(for the record, wearing a short dress on a plane would not be my first choice in go to outfits - unless of course I was flying First Class and hoping to meet a rich banker or cute international spy or something!)

I fly a lot, Liz, and believe me, it happens quite often. No, I don’t get up and move, but I probably should rather than sitting there trying not to be creepy. Gorgeous legs are kryptonite to me.
That said, I have no doubt that with your legs you will garner plenty of attention. (Theoretically speaking of course.
)
