This is the number ones in the UK 1952 to present, I'll look for a US version

It seems much more complicated for the US, with Billboard not publishing a definitive list, then different streaming services have different list.
I thought it was a nice idea but it may not work.

I was just hunting for a list for it, too.
From what I’m finding, the Christmas #1 spot looks like a more British cultural tradition/coveted spot than in the US.

I still think it’s a fun prompt idea though, and lots of the posters in that thread are Brits. I don’t mind doing something that doesn’t as much apply to us Americans.
