I agree entirely. Anyone with a camera can make a porn movie today. There is no script, no dialogue, and no production values. Most of it leaves me cold. Most porn actresses have false breasts, skinny proportions, and no pubic hair. There is nothing convincing or natural about them, or the roles that they allegedly play. I'm not sure how one can "capitalise on retro porn". A lot of the clips that I have seen look dated: bleached-out colours, fuzzy sound. Can they be digitally remastered?

I would prefer if there was some sort of revolution in the making of porn. We need actors/actresses that can act, scriptwriters who can construct some sort of credible narrative and produce good dialogue, and directors with vision. But perhaps expensively made porn would no longer make any money to justify the costs?

I am not sure how good porn can be made today. For my tastes, "they" would have to find un-tattooed ladies who have or can completely portray real desire for their partner. These ladies would have to be able to convincingly ad lib some dialog while having sex. Something beyond "fuck me" and "oh god". The ladies should be (again, for my tastes) trim and fit and pretty. They need to look awake and alert. I wouldn't mind a smattering of dialog to portray some sort of scenario. I enjoy watching a woman undress, so some form of wardrobe would be nice. Oh, an occasional smile and some indication of wit or humor might be nice.

And perhaps even the men could be free of tattoos and express some emotion beyond robot-level. I never thought I would yearn for the talents of Ron Jeremy, but he did have a personality.

The women could also express some reaction to being fucked by humongous cocks. Even if they are so stretched out that they can't feel it, they should act as though they can.

But the reality is the 80s just featured some great ladies who expressed real personality and real acting ability. Maybe the economics of today dictate that the zombie-like actresses of today are all "they" can afford.
