There are various sub-genres of the Daddy fetish. Most littles are not like the one you described above. That is a very specific type of little.

while I do agree with you, I also believe it's not can't children.
just as in the same manner a 'daddy/daughter' isn't about the relationship itself, but the dynamics, even this has to do a lot with the particularl psychology of being too 'innocent, cute, helpless !' etc.
while I'm not particularly an enthusiast of this school of thought, I'm comfortable with people practising it as consenting adults.

Little for some women isn't pretending to be a child, it's more of embracing their inner child. The age of the child depends on the individual woman. Some are teens, and some are much younger. As far as sexualizing children, the little is very much an adult woman, it is just their subconscious emotional need for intimacy is different from other women.

Have you never wanted to shed the burden of adulthood and return to a more simpler time?

I don't think it is "wrong" per se. If it is between two consenting adults, who are we to judge? Most fetishes are not as black and white as they appear. It doesn't necessarily mean people are pedophiles or attracted to children. Obviously there is some deep psychological trauma that occurred somewhere along the individual's development and it is being addressed in such fetishes; however, therapy might be a better alternative. But, again, if it is between two consenting adults, it is not necessarily our place to understand what goes on between others.
