does posting to your tumblr help? I have a blog related to being a full-time caregiver and most of the time, it helps getting the demons out of my head.
Never tried. Writing does help me a lot, it's something to consider.
I am glad it helps you get rid of some demons, hon, being a full-time caregiver isn't always easy.
