I haven't gone to the movies in a while...my boyfriend downloads movies, so thats what we usually watch. It doesn't quite replace the in theater movie-watching experience, though.

is it just me, or do you get the feeling that the guys who named these species needed to get out more?

I don't go to the theater much either, I have a hard time sitting for so long. Lat movie I went to in a movie theater was........Team America. My oldest son wanted to see it so I went with him. I think I have only seen one movie that was more stupid, however I did laugh my ass off a few times. Before that it was Polar Express last November...I did like that.

I /love/ Team America. I own it. :D

I only wish that they could get rid of the stupid boy humor parts.

i like watching movies in the theatre. i prefer to see movies that have low teen appeal though, b/c in all honesty, i tend to find that the crowd at those movies is better behaved. i'm not paying to listen to someone else's insufficiently quiet conversation.

so anybody watch the new south park last night? or drawn together? :>

The whole movie consisted of boy humor parts.

The sex positions scene was hilarious.

No, I liked the funny political parts.

And the sex positions parts was a little icky...

last winter the feeder regulars were nuthatches, tufted titmice, downy woodpeckers, and even had 2 hairy woodpeckers show up a couple of times (they don't like to come too close to the house). Late in the winter we had some chickadees and sparrows (probably swamp sparrows).

I'm looking to set up a variety of feeder types to attract a wider variety of birds.

Did you ever notice that the birds are pretty good weather forecasters?
The little guys almost always show up at the feeders like a scene from Hitchcock's movie just before a big storm.
Probably something to do with the falling barometric pressure.

I note that our favorite wag, the Scaly one, is but twelve posts shy of earning his very own custom title. Surely we can entice him to pass that hurdle effortlessly this morning.

indeed, midwestyankee...

so scalywag, my giants put together a very impressive final drive yesterday. i'm very excited about that, although i'm annoyed by how poorly they fared against denver's pass-rush for most of the game. and hey, how about philly's complete and utter neutralization of tomlinson yesterday? that loss to dallas was obviously a statistical aberration.

hey, when's bruschi return? any word on that yet? the man's amazing when he's on the field.
