Ouch, hadn't heard about them.
Something about total fire ban days that brings out all the morons, wonder how many deliberately lit ones we will get this summer.

I'm sure there will be quite few as usual.......

I hate those signs on the highway as I head northeast ......reminds me of those strange creatures who get a kick out of lighting fires.......and the fact that they haven't been caught yet!

The cut fires aren't deliberate though.........they will be a right bastard to put out though........you think about it........its a brown coal open cut mine and the coal is burning.........could mean all sorts of issues for the whole Victorian electricity generation industry, not to mention the power supply!

I just had a bit of a read up on them, apparently they are having a very hard time gaining access, and yeah the bloody things could burn for ages.

Have you got somewhere nice and cool to hole up for the next few days?

Sounds like a good plan, mid 20s during the day and mid teens at night, don't suppose you want to take a couple of kids with you. :D

Not in the least bit interested in kids for company.......

They'd be a handicap if the "meeting the new man" plan comes to fruition.....everything is looking really quite good in that respect ;)

sorry for butting into your dialogue... but i couldn't help but wonder why kids with guys is generally a plus for meeting women, yet kids with women has the opposite effect.

ok... that's enough of my "wondering about the double standard" ranting... back to our regularly scheduled koala.

You think way too much, I just thought they would get in the way of hot New Years sex.

The secret is to let them stay up as late as they want...and sneak off to bed earlier than they think you will.

Oh, I meant Austral, not me. ;)
Had the eldest actually been asleep it would have been very hot 32 (90) sex though. :p

Or giving them money, the keys to the car, and sending them to the mall.

Wait...isn't that like paying for sex? (not that I've done that, mind you!)
