Florida roadside flowers

another unknown, I need to buy a reference guide so I can ID these flowers. This one seems to grow everywhere, when it is thick in numbers they look like patches of snow. A very small blossom.

Liriope, a common landscape plant used in Florida. Usually used in borders. This is a very small flower, a member of the Lily family

Phalaenopsis equestris var. aureus, one of my favorite photo subjects of course

An act of nature a natural occurring splash of beauty. Slowly the plant grows each year blooming better and more beautifully. I love how it looks like a dance of fairies. Certainly this one has a place in my heart even though I have only owned it 3 years.

Some lovely paintings and flowers thank you for sharing....

Ah, a lovely way to spend a headachy evening, paging through this thread of beautiful images, so soothing. All so beautiful! (You've never sent me any of the abstracts, I love them!)

You inspired me to run out and take pictures with my pathetic little camera of the lone brown eyed susan I planted late and got to bloom just yesterday.

So, when are you gonna let me put together a book of your pictures and poems? (You could be rich and with a 10% agent fee I could take time off to write! 5%? 3%? *grinz*)

Thank you for sharing! :rose:

Darling you are worth more. *hugs*:heart::rose: Yes my painting is from the past mostly, I used to dabble in Acrylics. I love the vivid color of them. I have some unresolved urges when it comes to painting, I may start again. I like the thought of you wandering through this thread my lovely friend.:)

there is a reason why they call them "Dancing lady" orchids. Oncidium Sherry Baby, this orchid puts out a fragrance that smells like chocolate.
