hi, i just got an email telling me i was banned because i clicked on incest room, i thought that this was legit because it appeared on the menu. sorry, got that wrong. dont understand how it could pop up as option though when if you click on it you get banned

well for justy I am going with the name Justy67 and they have not been able to get into chat since the 9th of January of 2022 which is when they were banned.

Well I guess this will be a lesson. See you can make a room with anything as the name...you could make a room that is called hitler is a rad bro....and until it gets closed its a room that exists. And I would really wonder about people who choose to log into this room and sit there waiting for others to come in as well. If you had bothered to read the rules you would know the room name you entered is bannable and simply saying"good heavens! I had no idea!" is not an excuse...so your ban will stand. The banners on all large rooms have the rules pinned..not bothering to read the rules is not an excuse.

They have stories that deal with some fantasies. 99% of those stories also have pinned disclaimers, and there are certainly rules regarding those as well. On Lit Chat there's a Family Roleplay room. "I have a taboo fantasy about someone I shouldn't." is different from "Anyone do _____ with ________ in their family?" Because one thing is a dark fantasy, and the other thing is arguably a crime. We have no interest debating what the intent may have been, so we draw as clear a line as possible. Regardless, it still stands that when you click on the chat you agree to abide by Literotica's rules and policies, that are clearly listed in this forum, on the TOU, and on the page welcoming people to chat.

your ban will stand it has been reviewed. You can try messaging the site owner Laurel but considering how many people message her about being unfairly banned don't expect a reply. Also...i reviewed your ban...i am one of 2 chat admins. So...technically I am one of the managers...I will get the other admin to look at it but...I am fairly sure he will agree Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse for breaking the aforementioned rules.

i am not saying that i was ignorant of the rules, i am saying that my action in clicking did not break the rules as stated. the action of clicking on a chatroom which has been made available on your site does not break any of the rules.
what i feel is unfair is therefore clear, you allowed the chatroom, i clicked, i didn't converse with anyone, i was banned immediately i clicked.

And had you read the rules you would know the subject of the room is an automatic bannable topic...and we did not provide the room...it was made by someone...could have even been you. There fore...your ban stands and no amount of arguing will make us reverse it short of the site owner requesting it. And in the entire time I have been a mod and an admin...I have seen her request that once. So I am not liking your chances. But...if you do wish to try a pm can be send to Laurel

As it stands right now...your ban is not being reversed. And no amount of arguing will change that.

OK, thanks, if the subject of the room is automatically bannable, why was it allowed to appear on the site? it couldn't have been me who made it because i wouldn't know how to do that, so please don't be unkind and threatening. Please be aware that i'm no longer in your words, involved in an 'amount of arguing', the issue now for me is that i have been treated badly by the staff of the website, so i would like to make a complaint. How do i do that? please don't fob me off again with you could try messaging the site owner but dont expect a reply. I need to know how precisely to to contact the site owner with a complaint about her employees. Thanks.

I'm sure that is true, but I have been polite throughout, and I'm afraid they haven't. The haven't told me how to contact the site owner with my initial complaint or my subsequent one about their response. I was told, I could pm the site owner, but would be unlikely to receive a reply. There was no indication of even how to do that. The responses of Thesunmaid in particular were unkind and threatening.
You haven't identified yourself, but i assume you may be an employee. I am a customer. Could you tell me how exactly to contact the owner?

Just as my self or any of the mods are paid to be here either. There fore we are not employees ...also if you want to get technical as I am one of the chat admins...I am the manager chat Karen. You have now been told by no less than 2 managers no...feel free to go up the chain...but don't expect the answer to change.

So I have now expended more time that I should on this. also I have not once threatened you in anyway...and I am unkind to people who seem to want to stamp thier feet and act like a child when they are told no. Tantrums don't work in the real world.

So no...I am just very tired of trying to drill into your skull that all these words you choose to take the time to type are not going to get you unbanned. But you have fun screaming into the ether dear.
