Honestly, it depends. They both feel great, in different ways.

As a side note, I think I have the small and short. The small has a little bit of a head lock built in. At first I hated it because it would not fit properly. I read somewhere about using the string method to get into the cage. Once I did that, I fit perfectly and comfortably. I've also read where people change the colors. I haven't needed to do that yet.
