HOW CAn I shave w/o getting gross bumps and ingrown hairs??

I've got to try Magic!

I have the same problem..I have dark coarse hair so shaving sucks :( I have to try this magic product--my skin is sensitive..is it going to wreak havoc on me or is it ok? Thanks for the words of shaving wisdom!

Glad to see I can leave town for awhile and others are here to step in to promote Magic while I'm gone!

Remember, it's Magic!

I like to use the Sally Hansen Sugar "wax". It works like wax and muslin strips but rinses off the skin so you do not have that sticky feeling afterwards. And as others have said of the wax, it is not as uncomfortable when it grows back!

Ok Saving Pussy or balls? Perhaps this will help you:-

The only problem with shaving it the damage it does to the skin - protected skin. It may be better if somebody you trust does it for you. So the following may help.
1. Plan on shaving at night. In the morning the lower body is often puffy from retained fluid, this makes it difficult for a close shave.
2 Work on a clean, well lit place, with plenty of water handy.
3. Start my trimming the hair as close to the skin as possible.
4. Cover the area to be shaved with a hot, wet towel. It softens the hair and makes it easier tom remove. Leave the towel there for a few minutes, the feeling is good to.
5. Use lots of shaving cream and a razor that is has already been used once. A new blade is usually so sharpe that it does not give a close shave.
6 Shave with, not against the growth of the hair, and do not go over the same too many times.. htis causes razor burn. Tweezers are very handy for getting those stray hairs a little later.
7. To prevent those little red bumps caused by ingrown hairs, scurb the freshly - shaved area with a buff pad. Disposable cotton pads work good.
8 No matter how much you shave you are going to get micro nicks and cuts. This can leave the skin open to nasty infections. To prevent apply anti - batcerial/anti fungus immediately after shaving. Bedadine is the best, but it stains the skin. You can use peroxide, neosporin, etc.
9. Finally, liberally apply a mousturizer. LIke Hawwaiin Tropic Cool Aloe. This makes the skin nice and soft, and it helps with itching.

Now be careful.. for best results you have to shave every other day. It requires a lot of maintenance, once you start you have to keep it up, your body becomes accustomed and the easier it gets. I did shave to please my partner, she complained about mouth fulls of hair, I found it time consumming., and if one forgets the stubble drove me crazy.
So now I trim short and keep it short with an electric razor to about 1/2 inch or under, she does the same. It is fun shaving each other and with the vibration from the razor very arousing. Care to try it with me sometime?

Nope, spatula, a wash cloth won't remove the hair. If you try to rub it off with the cloth, you will tear your skin up.

Please don't tell me that you mean spatula as in an egg turner... I got the can of powder today.. and now i need some kind of egg turner to get it off? Please define spatula.

Thank you.

LMAO. No, more like the spatula that is used for scraping batter off the side of the bowl when you bake a cake. Except that is way too big, I use a much smaller one that was designed for spreading frosting. You have small nooks and crannies to get into- think small size.

I don't get every last hair off with the spatula, either. A wash cloth in the shower works well to wipe away the last strands. Especially those very close to the clit.

Don't forget to do the patch test as the can tells you to.

So what's this stuff like if it gets inside you?

I wouldn't insert it, if that's what you're asking. But I have no problem with it being used everywhere there is hair. The lotion is gentle enough for me that I have no problem with it touching sensitive areas.

can't find it!?

I have searched on the internet, etc... can't find this product....does someone have a site for this? Can't find it anywhere? :(

thanks

I am feeling pretty silly at this point! I still can't find it on there....they have every neet and so on but can't find anything called magic anything except conditioner! Am I missing it?

thanks so much!!!!!

Try this....

Try conditioner for your hair... I know it sounds strange, but instead of soap or shaving gel, try conditioner. Usually you have to let your skin soak in the warm water for a few minutes until it's soft and tender, then put the conditioner on. Make sure you're using a sharp razor, too. And I put aloe on my bikini line right after I get out of the bath. If you think you're getting little red bumps and soreness, try using a MILD antiseptic, like witch hazel. It works for me, but I don't expose my bikini line that much... even in my swimsuit, I have those boy-cut bottoms- makes my butt look smaller. lol
