How do you dress your bra?

Plus they prevent your breasts from having a target painted on them, so guy might actually look at your face.

Hook it in the front, turn it around, slip my boobs in the cups, slip arms in, the readjust the cups.

**thank you** for your contributions, Shy_thing, kskittles and cassieh...I enjoyed reading them and I hope today & the new year will be wonderful for you...:)

Which lady wants to tell next about her way of bra-dressing?...a :) is waiting for her....

*Warning - I fit lingerie for a living so I'm a bit more anal than most  *

Bend forward, settle the breasts in the cups, shimmy the bra to seat the underwire, slide my hands even to the back clasps, hook. Slip fingers forward along the bottom of the band to ensure it's sitting even with the underwire, slip two fingers under each strap and pull the shoulder straps over my shoulders as I stand up. Reach diagonally (across my body) into each cup, pulling the breast tissue forward into the cup (ensuring the underwire is seated properly behind the breast tissue), align the nipple with the center seam (if wearing a lace bra), and sweep a fingertip from the center wire outward to ensure no "spill over".

It takes maybe 45 seconds to put my bra on each morning, but taking the time to do so makes all the difference.

This is exactly what I do!

It´s time to give a bump to my nosy thread...and to wish all people around a beautiful Sunday...
any lady in the mood to tell about her way of bra-dressing?

Sounds pretty much the way I do it....

If I can do it....

I'm not a girl, but an occasional crossdresser ( with far less installation experience) . I'm picky, I guess- after trying the twist around method for a while, I learned to put arms thru straps first, then reach around back to fasten. I overcome the spatial issues by getting the hooks oriented just right on my fingers & thumbs so that when the fingers touch, I'm there. Sounds silly, but it adds to the experience for me to be able to do this. My wife & previous girlfriend are " reacharound " girls, too- problably why I felt it necessary to learn!

I'm strange in both styles, I guess.

Most of my daily-wear bras clasp in the front, so I slip the shoulders into place, fit the cups, then clasp. A finger sweep beneath the bottom hem to fix any twists, another sweep under the straps, and a brief adjustment to seat the cups correctly, then on with the dressing routine.

For sports bras, I like them fitted tightly to avoid discomfort while working out and putting it on over my head results in squishing that just doesn't work. I step in, pull it up over my hips, and slide my arms into the straps as it's pulled up and into place. It's much faster and comfy, and doesn't squish things uncomfortably that way.

Hi, NomadLady, blade_rocknut and VelvetSin,
thanks for your contributions, I enjoyed all of them...I loved the expression "reacharound-girls" in blade-rocknuts post...and VelvetSin dresses her sports bras in a quite interesting way...dressing a bra is a kind of "art" in my eyes, each lady does it in her very own and beautiful way...
Have a beautiful evening, contributors and readers....which lady wants to share next?

...just wanted to bump my thread...perhaps a lady is in sharing mood?

Hook it in the back, slide my arms in the straps and then have my husband adjust the ladies so the right amount is spilling over!

any other lady being in the mood to tell...and to get a *smile* for reward?

...bumping my nosy thread and wishing a good morning/day to all readers...

I used to just put my arms through the straps and hook it behind my back. I've never had any difficulty this way; in fact, I can even unhook it with only one hand behind my back. :p
Now that my nipples are pierced, I have to pay a little more attention whenever I put my bra on. Since they're pierced with rings, I have to make sure the rings lay the correct way, which requires sliding my arms through the straps then, starting with the cups up near my neck, deliberately sliding the cups down over my breasts instead of messing with the underwire first. After all is settled in, I'll adjust where the band sits, where the straps fall over my shoulders, and so on.

Count me as one of those girls who settle their breasts in the bra cups, smooth the edges and fix the hooks in back. My husband has asked how I do it. I just do.

I just put the straps on my shoulders, put my boobs in the cups, then reach in back and clasp it on.

Maybe as I'm a bit of a pear shape; i.e. not massive up top then that's why I find it easy like these girls. Now the real question should have been, how do I get into my corsets?

Bra fastening

Maybe it is easier for me because my breasts are not large. I have one bustier/corset and, like Liz, it is not easy to get into. I only wear it once in a while because my husband thinks it is sexy, then he complains because it is actually scratchy. Still, I feel pretty sexy in it.

thanks for contributing, sweet ladies. Three :)´s go to liv21, pathology_liz and Juliewife.... have a wonderful day!
Another sweet lady in the mood to share?

a bump to this thread and a "good morning"-wish to all bra-wearing ladies...and all others too...

Any lady in the mood to tell?...I´m in the mood to hear and a friendly :) will be your reward.

I put mine on backwards and then twist it around before pulling up the cups and putting my arms through the straps.

To take it off, I reach around, put my hand under and unhook it with my thumb and index finger.

With older bras I will know which hooks the little clasps need to be in already so I'll do those first, and then slide the bra over my head, put my arms through the straps, and adjust as needed. With a new bra I'll put it on the backwards way and twist it around, but I don't like to do it normally because it irritates my skin plus I can't get it to stay the right way round at times.

*thank you* for your posts, ladies jessicaluvs87 and Aellio
I see both of you are "rotaters", when it´s comes to bra-dressing...and you additionally have a very special way of dressing old bras, Aellio....
I wish a nice and safe evening to each one of you :)

Any other lady in the mood to share her way of bra-dressing? You don´t need to invent a new way of bra-dressing before posting here, I just love to hear about YOUR way even if it´s a usual way...:)

watching a lady undressing her bra is very erotic...for me watching a lady dressing her bra is equally erotic...if not even more...and I´ve seen there are quite different techniques for doing so...

Some ladies put their bra around their belly in reverse orientation, the empty cups being at their back, the clasp under their breasts. Then they conveniently close the clasp at their front side before rotating the now closed bra, the closed catch now coming to their back. Next they slip through the should straps and finally pull the cups up over their breasts.

A former girlfriend of me first put her breasts into the cups, then closed the bra by reaching to her back, finally slipping through the shoulder straps.

In a movie I saw a lady first closing the clasp at her back, then dealing with the cups and shoulder straps.

I´m a bit nosy: How do the wonderful ladies here dress their bras?
I myself slip my arms though the straps connect the clasp in back and slide the cups over my breasts

...you´re starting with straps, it seems interesting and in my fantasy I´d love to be your "voyeur"...have a wonderful evening, lady daishauvu!
Any other ladies in sharing-mood? :)
