How do you dress your bra?

I put my bra around my waist (cups in front) reach behind my back closing the clasp and then I pull it up over my stomach by the straps then onto my shoulders.

Depends on the bra...

My daily routine is a quickie method. I lean forward so breasts are hanging, put arms through straps, cups over breasts, and clasp in back. Then I stand up straight and make sure cups, breasts, bra band, and straps are all seated properly and comfortably. Sometimes giving a gentle lift to the cups by palming them.

In attempting to find a properly fitting bra I came upon this method on the web. Clasp around waist, pull up over breasts and put arms through straps. Then make necessary adjustments to proper seating in cups and straps. This method keeps the fuller figured gals in a higher position and ensures a proper fitting bra (thusly, it should also stop the constant tugging at the back that often happens with an ill-fitting bra or the red shoulder strap marks of trying to keep those heavier gals where they need to be). I find this method does work wonderfully for trying on bras. (I think this is the method power2theblondes uses.)

Sports bras are a whole different story. I have only found one brand and style that fits me comfortably and securely and alas, it was on a clearance rack. All the others squash the breast against the chest making it very uncomfortable. Never mind the fact that nipples show through most all of them.

There was a time when I undressed my bra by keeping my shirt on, taking the straps off each shoulder unclasping in the back, removing arms from straps and pulling through sleeve/armhole of shirt. Needless to say, any male audience was captivated by this method. (Weather would be too hot for a bra sometimes.)

I never had the pleasure to watch such an escaping bra as blade_rocknut told....but seeing a bra strap escaping a shirt at a lady´s shoulder also can be a lovely view...

I put the straps on my shoulders. they dont stay of course. Then hook all four hooks behind my back. Then I lift each DD into the cup just right so they sit and look pretty. Pulling the straps up ready to go.

**Thank you** for your contribution, sweet espressolover...at my place front-closing bras are not very common, nearly all are of the back-closing kind. But I do believe they are much simpler to get in and out...and because you enjoy going braless I guess easily getting out is quite important for you...a *smile* for you...
