How do you dress your bra?

thanks, gloriann and timurlenky, for you contributions...
...you´re dressing your bra in a nice and skillful way, timurlenky...
I hope there will be a nice evening for both of you...and there is a :) for both of you too...

Any lady reading these lines and wanting to contribute too? I´d love to read from you :)...

I don't put my bra on in any of the ways described. I don't like doing the backwards method and due to an old injury, I can't reach behind my back with my left arm. My method is as follows: bra is already clasped and slipped over my head. With my right arm, I reach behind and straighten out as best I can.

I've doing this for about 10 years now and it hasn't failed me yet. I also wear Lane Bryant's Cacique brand, which also tend to be stretchy.

*Warning - I fit lingerie for a living so I'm a bit more anal than most  *

Bend forward, settle the breasts in the cups, shimmy the bra to seat the underwire, slide my hands even to the back clasps, hook. Slip fingers forward along the bottom of the band to ensure it's sitting even with the underwire, slip two fingers under each strap and pull the shoulder straps over my shoulders as I stand up. Reach diagonally (across my body) into each cup, pulling the breast tissue forward into the cup (ensuring the underwire is seated properly behind the breast tissue), align the nipple with the center seam (if wearing a lace bra), and sweep a fingertip from the center wire outward to ensure no "spill over".

It takes maybe 45 seconds to put my bra on each morning, but taking the time to do so makes all the difference.
Thank you for saving me the time to try to recreate my routine every day and type it out! I don't do it professionally though. :D

thanks for your contributions....:)
I´m glad my thread proved to be useful for you, lady MissMDS...
and I googled for the Lane Bryant´s Cacique brand, lady otakukitten...I´ve never heard of them before but I loved to see them...their bras are wonderful, style as well as colours...
Have a wonderful day, otakukitten and MissMDS!...:):)...

any lady wants to share her way of dressing her bra in my little thread here?...I´d love to read from you and to give you a :)

I´m wishing a good & enjoyable day to each and all!

a bump for my thread....
any ladies in the mood to tell about their way of bra-dressing?...a :) will wait for you...

...just wanted to bump my thread...any lady wants to share her "bra-dressing-technique"?...:)

Some ladies put their bra around their belly in reverse orientation, the empty cups being at their back, the clasp under their breasts. Then they conveniently close the clasp at their front side before rotating the now closed bra, the closed catch now coming to their back. Next they slip through the should straps and finally pull the cups up over their breasts.

this is also how i do it... with a rearrangement of the breasts at the end to get them comfortably in place, nipples pointing in the same direction etc...lol

Most of mine are satin or silk. I slide them down my arms, make sure my boobs are in the right place, then reach back and fasten.

thanks for sharing, CaRaMeLPoleDoll and sexysharonmilf...
you´re quite different when it comes to dressing your bra...:)....I loved both of your contributions and hope that both of you will have a nice & enjoyable weekend...

Any other ladies in the mood to tell?

I put the straps on, then the cups, then I reach behind and fasten the clasp, then I lean over to arrange myself in it properly.

watching a lady undressing her bra is very erotic...for me watching a lady dressing her bra is equally erotic...if not even more...and I´ve seen there are quite different techniques for doing so...

Then they conveniently close the clasp at their front side before rotating the now closed bra, the closed catch now coming to their back. Next they slip through the should straps and finally pull the cups up over their breasts.

A former girlfriend of me first put her breasts into the cups, then closed the bra by reaching to her back, finally slipping through the shoulder straps.

In a movie I saw a lady first closing the clasp at her back, then dealing with the cups and shoulder straps.

I´m a bit nosy: How do the wonderful ladies here dress their bras?

This thread is really an eye-opener for me, I used to think all women dress their bra by the second way you mentioned above.

I've always put my arms through the straps, then hooked it behind me. THEN I get everything settled into place: make sure the band is sitting properly, make sure each breast is in its cup properly, fiddle with the straps.

I know I -should- be doing like CutieMouse, but it's hard to change the habits of a lifetime over something simple. :D

Bras

This is nice, I haven't really paid close attention to the way my wife does it. I do notice of course, preferring to watch as she removes it.

She does the reverse clasp thing, hooking the clasps together in front then rotating the bra and adjusting.

She hates bra shopping also and despite my comments about the red wire marks on her where it's too tight she won't get herself properly fitted.

I clasp mine in the back, then pull the straps up my arms and adjust the cups and such.

God I wish they made front hook bras that were pretty, supportive and sexy in my size! That would be ideal!

I can really appreciate this frustration. When I was an f cup, I could find some front closure bras that were marginally attractive. Now that I'm a g, it's either posture gargantuan-cover tank top-looking things or minimizer bras with front closure. If I try to wear my older, smaller-cupped ones that close in the front, I get the dreaded "quad boob"... when your breasts pop up from the tops on the cups and it looks like you don't know how to dress yourself. Ick. This quad boob thing happens to me with demi cups, too. Forget it. I would love to be able to wear those and not look like a hooker, because they are so dainty and cute, but they don't work for me one iota. I think designers assume that if you have big breasts and like front-closure style, you want to wear a bra that is cut up to your neck (LOL) or you want them to be squished to the sides under your arms in a minimizer. I just wear the back-closure kind now instead. It's not that they're not pretty or I can't close them in back, it's just a preference. I broke an arm a few years ago, so I started preferring the look and appreciating the ease of front-closure. You can put them on more quickly as well.

oh, right, technique: straps first if there are straps, then I do the previously-mentioned in another post shimmy and adjustments, then fasten in back, then residual adjustments so everything is laying flush with skin.

....thanks for your contributions, sweet ladies and dear sirs, and for keeping my thread alive.
I enjoyed your posts...often "small things" unnoticed by many others are the most beautiful things in life...watching a lady dress her bra sometimes can even be more erotic than watching her undress it....it´s something completely unnoticed by many guys...

keep sharing, sweet ladies...:)

a bump to my own thread...any ladies in the mood to tell about their way of bra-dressing? :)

LOL, I've never been able to put a bra straight on and hook it up at the back. I'm definitely one of the put it on cups at back and swivel it around my person girls.

Mind you, it's been a while since I tried the do it up at the back method. Maybe I should give it a whirl... :)

I do the same. Straps first, then hook behind, then fix the cups in front. I never had difficulty with reaching back for the straps. Thank you for this thread! I didn't know that there were so many women who had difficulty in clasping at the back and do the reverse thing. :)

Thanks, ShaiGirl and Bo_Kaye for telling about your ways of bra-dressing: two different ladies, two different ways...both being wonderful :)
Have a wonderful day, both of you :)

Any other lady in the mood to tell? A nice response and a :) will be your "reward".....

The band of a bra is primarily elastic, and *must* fit snugly against the body to provide support to the breast tissue. 90% of the support comes from the band around the chest - not the shoulder straps. The red lines you see around your wife's torso are probably elastic marks - similar to those one gets around one's ankle when wearing athletic socks.

I can really appreciate this frustration. When I was an f cup, I could find some front closure bras that were marginally attractive. Now that I'm a g, it's either posture gargantuan-cover tank top-looking things or minimizer bras with front closure.

Try looking for UK or European brands - I can think of 10 off the top of my head that all make drop dead gorgeous bras (some in plunge styling, some in 3/4 demi, some fashion, some basic) in a G+ cup.

thanks for your contribution, Cutiemouse...you´re an expert lady...:)
I wish a wonderful & enjoyable day to you!

Another lady in the mood,
here at my thread to contribute?

As most of the I wear sports bras? I just pull it ob over my head. When I wear a "normal" bra. I'll slip my arms through, breasts in cups then reach beind and hook.
