I have the property, my contract was accepted, and I am pre-qualified. I locked in my loan rate, and am now in the process of collecting bids for all the renovation work which will determine the total loan amount. I think I am going to work it out all right, so as long as everything happens as it should by March 15th, it will be my new home soon.
That will be a good day. You'd better add plastic sheeting to the mix, I'm pretty sure that what you have in mind for me will make me puddle.
