Sounds like Seasonal Affected Disorder, SAD, a very real thing. Try more lights, higher lumen bulbs, more open shades ... or getting out of the dungeon more frequently. I know it's fun to stay down there, fr33k, but one must come up for air from time to time ... actually ... just stay there and go with more lights.
