My absolute favorite is Hubby in a nice suit while I am fully naked. Yep. I'v always been a CMnf kinda girl! 
My second favorite is Hubby in only jeans while I am fully naked.
My third is both of us being fully naked.
And if I can speak for my husband, he prefers me naked, but he also likes me in his button up shirts, dress or flannel, and I don't mind that at all. Although, as you might guess from my answers above, I prefer being naked.
As for wearing lingerie, I never liked wearing it when I was younger but over the last several years have come to really enjoy it in three situations.
One such is when I want to tease Hubby a bit first (which he likes), especially for a BJ. However, if we're going to fuck, it's usually is all off by the time we do.
Another is when I am being really submissive. Naked and collared used to me my favorite for that, but being collared and cuffed in lacey lingerie, or maybe a corset, gets me fucking hot these days.

So like a lot of the response, at "sexy time" both naked.
Lingerie is fun though like if you go out before hand, and I know the wife is wearing it under her outfit, especially if we are out with a friend group or other couples. Just makes it extra fun.
