I don't really get hung up on the number she's been with before, because she's been my best friend since we were kids, I know her number, it's 1, I don't specifically pay attention to then "number" of men either she, or we, have been with since we got married, I've just got a really good memory. This whole topic is funny to me. There is always much more 'concern' about the number of guys who have 'had' a woman than with how many women have 'had' a particular guy. When I have been asked by a guy I'm dating or whatever, my answer has always been some form of 'none of your business'. How many is 'a lot'? Over five? Over ten? Over thirty?
