Not sure about the accuracy, but I did a meditation of my sex partners, and made a list. It took me several attempts over days to recount everyone. Here's what I came up with.
Females : Over 300
Males : 25 to 35

I did a count about 30 years ago and the total was 84 and maybe another 10 after I did that count. Probably about 5 of them being men. I hooked up with my present wife 25 years ago and have been monogamous since.
