How to not puke when deepthroating

Just Dry Heave.

The best way to not puke when being facefucked, is to have puked yourself empty beforehand. Drink water and puke again. Get yourself nice and empty. If you do this often enough, it also empowers you to control your gag reflex somewhat, but a good throatfucking will always make you lurch - your best bet is to have nothing down there to puke, and just dry heave on that cock!

My man likes deepthroating - more specifically, he likes facefucking. I love going down on him, and I love the control being taken out of my hands, but the problem is that I seem to have a sensitive gag reflex. I expected that and I'm fine with gagging, but I also keep puking when his cock rams into my throat. It leads to either vomit spilling out, or me swallowing it back down, or having to run to the toilet to spit it out, all of which is kind of a mood dampener.

I've tried just not eating for a while before, but that just made me hurl up lesser amounts of bile. He doesn't mind the vomiting - I think it's a turn on for him, but I don't like wallowing in my regurgitated dinner.

Is this a normal reaction to being facefucked? I've never read about this anywhere before.

I have never puked during sex. Oddly enough I do have a severe gag reflex when I am at the Dr. or dentist but not while sucking cock unless he takes control and forces it on me. Even then if we time it right, I won't gag.

The head over the bed thing didn't work for me. I like to be on my knees with him sitting or standing. I then look up at his eyes and this puts my throat at the perfect angle for sucking. I also have to pace myself and remember to breathe.

I recently had a procedure that required a tube down my throat. I slept through the whole thing, and didn't have the presence of mind to ask how they did that. Dumb me.

So here's the deal.
People's gag reflex vary. Some people have a really active gag reflex, while others can relax their throat and kind of ignore it mostly. I, for one, can not even get a doctor press on my tongue when I have flu and they want to see my throat.

I can see how some people would be literally unable to perform deepthroat on a level that others do.

Now, if it's not so bad with you, then all you gotta do is practice. And you can do it yourself, or with your boyfriend.

If you are experiencing problems, I recommend to start with a toy. Buy a long, soft silicone or gel dildo. Good ideas are toys with a handle or double-sided dildos that leave plenty of length to hold onto. I recomment thinner toys at first, just to reduce the difficulty level.
Next, you gotta make yourself comfortable and relaxed. No anxiety, no performance nervousness, just you and a toy. Go into it knowing that you don't HAVE TO make a super job out of it.
First, you should just suck it a bit and get it wet. This also gets your mouth accustomed to being full. Don't try to push it deep, definitely not to an uncomfortable level.
When you are ready, push your tongue a bit out, flat against the bottom of your mouth. Don't try to stick it out far - just enough that the tip of your tongue goes past your teeth and rests on the inside of your lower lip, pushing it out slightly.
Fuck your mouth with a dildo, again, not going far, just preparing yourself. Go slow. When you are ready, you can start pushing just a bit further with every stroke, until you reach levels that begin to be uncomfortable, but not to the point of choking. Stop there, get used to the sensation.
Little by little, you will be able to push deeper.

Do not try to go for a full deepthroat on the first session. Just push your boundaries a bit. Even the fact that you've discovered your tolerance and understood the level when it starts being uncomfortable - is OK already.

Practice in this way every day, and you will start seeing improvement.

The main trick behind not choking is relaxing your throat. That said, NO ONE, no matter how determined they are, can prevent the reflex from going on first try, or even on second and third tries. It's impossible.
But it is possible to get used to the sensation and eventually overcome it.

Good luck!:cattail:

You may be able to get to the point of slowly deepthroating him, but the vigorous face fucking popular in some films may be a stretch.

Some things you can try:

You can get some type of "deepthroat" gel/spray (I think someone may have mentioned this already). Barring that, you can go to the drug store and buy Chloraseptic (or something similar). It basically numbs the throat. It may, however, numb the tip of his cock too.

You can try positions where your head is back and his cock lines up with your throat. I know someone already mentioned the "head hanging off the bed" thing and you tried it with no luck. In combinations with some of the other tips though, it may work.

I saw a video on a way to minimize the gag reflex. It was actually done for people who gag when having dental procedures, but it should apply here as well. You put your left thumb into the palm of your left hand and squeeze with the other fingers. It is supposed to activate some sort of pressure points.

Here's a link. Good luck.

Just NO.
Don't do that.

There's a reason why they tell you not to drink or eat anything for an hour after they use it in hospital. This spray can literally make you choke on things, even your own saliva can go down the wrong way. And during deepthroating, there's A LOT of it.

No. It's one of those advices that is literally life-threatening. Sex isn't worth it.

Also this spray makes your throat feel really weird and this will make your sex session full of unnecessary distractions.

I agree with you and, while I would not personally use it, I know of people who have. I simply mentioned it as a possible option...

deepthroat

I found with practice using a banana I was able to deep-throat up to six inches taking it slow and stopping when the gag reflex hit.
Trouble is I am a straight guy so not sure where this new found skill will be usable.
Recently I have noticed that my wife who was never able to go much past the head is now getting close to deep throat. I wonder if she has been getting tips from sites like this or has been practicing elsewhere

You know, I've never had this issue so I think there might be some genetic thing where it's just something some people have and some people don't? Especially because other listers have said that they had that experience and it just couldn't (and maybe shouldn't?) be overcome.

If that's the case I'm gonna reiterate what they already said about talking it out. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that thought I'm SURE it's a specific fetish, most folks don't want to be vomited on and even though you like it it might just be one of those things that you tried and found out wasn't for you.

Another thing in favor of it maybe being genetic is that it's real hard to induce vomiting on me too, for any reason. I legit drank poison once when I was cleaning the house because this orange cleaner was in a bottle very similar to the orange kool-aid I was drinking and even at the ER they like to never got me to throw up.

I think some people just have more severe reactions to things like a gag reflex or their digestive system in general and it really might just be a thing you need to talk out.

Ey Frankie, do you mind if I asked why you wanted to learn to deepthroat? That post just got me real curious. It sounds like there's a story there.

Chloraseptic is phenol, most of the throat sprays are benzocaine, which will work a lot better, but tend to wear off pretty quickly. You can also put a SUCRETS in each cheek pocket and after you are good and numb, then start. He will feel it as well, its kind of like have an icy hot throat.

Remember that anything that makes you numb increases the risk of minor injuries, so you're more likely to have a more sore throat afterwards if you go all out.

It sounds like he's learning with his wife at the same time. Learning to deepthroat a banana as you're encourgaging your wife("If I can do it, so can you.") to learn to deepthroat you seems like a completely reasonable trade... đź‘Ť

I agree with that Nezhul is saying here and elsewhere, but mostly because I like the idea of a lady practicing their deep throating skills every day.

We climb mountains because their very existence is a challenge.

It is normal believe it or not. That's why people have been shoving fingers down their throats to puke stuff up for a long time now. I can't really say there is one thing that will fix this for you since it sounds like deepthroating is not an issue for you. Part of all of this is mental as I am sure you know. Your brain could be telling you to expect that you're going to vomit when this occurs and that can be hard to get over. You could practice on toys making sure that you're relaxed as they go down deeper and this way you can control the speed too. You can also ask your man to maybe slow down and take his time which might be able to help.
