My wife saw an ad in Elle, touting nipple pasties as a way to not get tan lines, great. Is it legal to wear just these on California beach?

I would definitely check local laws, but I believe that as long as no 'color' is being shown, then you are not technically 'indecently exposed'.

See, my issue with this is, where is this happening? At the bar at 10 PM or in the mall at 2:00 PM on a Saturday afternoon?

Dude talks about going somewhere that it won't cause an issue with his own children..what about everyone elses? Why is it cool for my kid to be subjected to the woman's nipples but not his own?

Time and place, yanno?

Because there are things you'd rather keep from your own children that kids can see other couples do without being traumatized.
