Balancing a plate, book, or something else on her head for a period of time?

You could even go so far as to buy a Posture collar to be worn as punishment. Some of then even have more rings so that you could attach her wrist cuffs.

I believe that Marquis has in fact answered his own question by delivering non physical punishment to his sub by forcing her to appear on Lit in that particular AV. My God but it's horrible & I would consider being part of it sufficient punishment for any & all of her sins, past, present & future.

Yes, not being allowed to shave almost borders on cruel and unusual punishment. lol

Now, RJ, drawing attention takes this humiliating punishment beyond torture. But, if you have a sub who dislikes humiliation - this punishment would probably work.

AA has mentioned in several places over time that this is his punishment.

No attention at all.

I have only been punished once, punishment is something he and I take seriously.
I am not deliberately 'bad' to be rewarded by being punished, and he does not punish me for the smallest of reasons. My punishment was a physical thing.

Before meeting Andante I had spoken to a Dom several times by 'phone.
Every sentence I said seemed to hold a reason for him to punish me. In the end I ended any potential of meeting or taking it further, because it seemed ridiculous, non-productive and pointless.

AA has also spoken about his views on the difference between discipline and punishment.

Andante has similiar views to AA.

Lack of contact or refusal of any attention would be the most painful for me.
All those insecurities which, for the most part, lay dormant would surface quicker than he could finish telling me what would happen.
That would seriously mess with my psyche, perhaps it would be different if it was not an LDR, but whilst it is, it would have longer effects that perhaps he intended.

I think this is where humiliation comes into play. I've always wanted to force a sub to show off in public; maybe dress her in a short skirt and no panties, and drop random objects for her to pick up. I know some people frown upon "involving others," but if she picks up the stuff quick enough, no one will be the wiser.

I'm relatively new but enjoyed some of the creative ideas on this thread very much.

The worst kind of non-physical punishment to my mind that ever came up as a topic of discussion with my partner was the complete withdrawal of the dominant's attention and/or presence for an indefinite period of time from the subbie. Luckily we didn't need to try it yet, but I suspect that with the insecurity factor involved it would make most submissives feel rather miserable and think lots about how and why they have displeased their top.

My personal vote though would probably go for cleaning the house, washing dishes, cooking dinner etc. Naked. Probably with nipple and/or clit clamps on, not all that tight, but more as a reminder to make moving around a little more uncomfortable. Maybe taking a few pictures with a camera and threaten to post them on the net if she continues to misbehave.

Yes, well, I'm a bit of a voyeur that really hates doing chores.

Anyway, some great suggestions on here, mind if I borrow a few?
