Nope, literally down the street and around the block. But it's cheaper rent. Just not looking forward to moving most of the stuff by myself, and the new landlord still has crap in there. And our current landlord is bugging me about when we're going to be out.

yup. although I have to say they had some damn good raw talent this season... the show has just become less about the music and more about the flash.
