Or, to placate both camps... as in real life a story about a loving couple in which one or both have extramarital affairs and bring their experiences to the marriage bed for the benefit of both spouses. Is it possible to love your spouse like no tomorrow and still have an affair? You betcha. Happens all the time although, granted, it's more likely to be hubby who strays since, as one Lit writer expressed it, women typically cheat for "softer" reasons, not purely for the sexual experience. It may explain (in part anyway) why my two stories so far ... Melony's Malady and Where's Brenda ... didn't really make it.
