In Peril

Because you obtain "Oral Ecstasy" when you gaslight us about the quality of Biden's economic policies.
I wasn't talking about the username who started the thread. I'm talking about the topic of the thread

Holy fuck.

NY has a one-party consent rule for recordings. Though legal it may be unethical for an attorney to record a client without their consent and presenting that recording as evidence in a court might be subject to ethical rules as well, But it is clear that Judge Merchan cares little about the rules of law.

What's the worst thing they can do to Cohen at this point? Send him to jail and disbar him?

Trump was DENIED due process to present those cases. Big difference.
There are standards to civil legislation. Trump's civil cases were frivolous temper tantrums unsupported by evidence, and dismissed properly. They were filed for the optics, not based on any sort of case law.

Too many of you have been diverted from the dominant issue. Who won or lost the 2020 presidential selection is immaterial. What was material and remains so was/is election integrity.

Most Americans exist under the delusion that the country created by our Founding Father exists. It doesn't. It was co-opted beginning with Lincoln's American System. Lincoln's American System replaced James Madison's magnum opus: the Constitution of the United States of America.

America has been fraught with election fraud and corruption soon after New Hampshire became the decisive state to ratify the Constitution of the United States.

America has a storied history of election fraud. The first documented case of election fraud occurred in 1793 in New York. Lincoln routinely rigged elections at barrels of US Army soldiers' rifles. Lincoln was desperate for support for his unconstitutional war. Lincoln was the only leader to have declared war on is own country. The 1876 presidential selection between Tilden and Hayes was fraught with corruption. That election went to the House of Representatives three times before the House declared Hayes the winner after secret deals and machinations. Boss Tweed of Tammany Hall was election fraud maestro. He brokered political offices. LBJ became a US senator as a result of audacious election fraud. That was a dire portent for the nation. Boss Tweed's protƩgƩ, Richard Daley, delivered fraudulent election returns that gave JFK the presidency. Nixon knew he was the legitimate winner of that election. He chose to not contest that rigged election for fear it would result in civil war. Historians now readily acknowledge that Nixon was the legitimate winner of the 1960 presidential election. It was moot, for LBJ, the CIA, and MIC would murder JFK with absolute impunity. So who really is the most powerful person in America?

It was a statistical impossibility for Biden to have won the 2020 presidential selection. President Trump won reelection in an electoral landslide. Over half of Americans to include 35% of Democrats believe President Trump was reelected.

Diverting your attention to candidates is a dire red herring. Your attention must be on election integrity. For without election integrity, franchise is an illusion, elections are charades to placate the great unwashed, and self-determination (popular sovereignty) is imposed on the great unwashed by America's philosopher kings. We do not determine who will govern us. Our ruler is imposed on us. In essence, without election integrity, everything Americans want to believe about their country is a lie. America is not a First World constitutional republic. It's a dandified Third World banana republic cesspool in which Americans are ruled, not self-governed by our brilliant Founding Fathers.

Our Founding Fathers created a constitutional republic. They did not create a democracy. Our Founding Fathers feared democracies because they always destroy themselves followed by oppressive dictatorships. Why would you suppose our corrupted media and proxy politicians refer to America as a democracy? Democracy appears in none of our founding documents. They're grooming Americans to accept dictatorship. Tell a huge life often enough, and gullible people will believe it.

Article IV Section 4 of the Constitution of the United States of American guarantees a republican form of government. Nowhere in any of our founding documents is democracy mentioned.

Benjamin Franklin was prescient when he responded to an inquiring woman that we had a republic if we could keep it. We couldn't.

My advice is to avoid red herrings. Who won the 2020 presidential selection is nowhere as important as election integrity. Without election integrity, we're ruled by philosopher kings who control our proxy politicians.

The 2020 presidential selection should not have divided America. It should have united Americas of all political parties in pursuit of election integrity, Without election integrity, America is no different than sub-Saharan Third World banana republic cesspools.

To assume that Biden won you would have to deny objective facts. It's delusional to believe Biden won. What that means is the country Americans want to believe exists is an illusion, an orchestrated sham.

Just as LBJ could not permit RFK to become president for fear of his arrest for murder of JFK, our philosopher kings cannot permit President Trump to whip Biden a second time for fear of exposure to criminal jeopardy (treason, coups d'Ć©tat) and spending the rest of their criminal lives in prison. Our secret rulers cannot permit President Trump to regain the presidency because they know that they'll be imprisoned for life.

Presidents Woodrow Wilson and FDR acknowledged that our politicians do not run our country. Whom they referred to as secret private persons who were unknown to the great unwashed ran our country. They still run our country.

I'm good with what you must believe to keep your boats adrift on treacherous seas. Historical fact is franchise deniers have de facto enslaved Americans. Franchise deniers have destroyed what was once the greatest country in the history of the world. Americans are a ruled people without natural rights or individual liberties. They're permitted revocable privileges at the caprice of their rulers. Americans are permitted to do only what their rulers allow, an inversion of the intent of our Founding Fathers.

Franchise deniers goosestep in the most dangerous division of America's Fifth Column. They have won the non-kinetic battle for America's heart and soul. The country created by our Founding Fathers was stolen from We the People. It will never be returned to its rightful owners.

Franchise deniers skillful use of propaganda has convinced Americans to acquiesce to totalitarian rule, for Americans are the only people on Earth who will sententiously stand in line to surrender their natural rights, individual liberties, and freedom and think themselves intelligent for submitting to de facto slavery.
AI generated? It has that non-sensical bent.

Trump was DENIED due process to present those cases. Big difference.
THAT'S also called due process BTW. Trump's legal team failed to convince anyone within the appeals, so, of course, he was denied a chance to present his evidence. See the big difference?

What's the worst thing they can do to Cohen at this point? Send him to jail and disbar him?
An attempt at humor, here? He's been to jail for fraud and has already lost his licenseā€”the corroborating documents back up what he said.

Don't worry, it's probably just another Rightguide or Hisarpy alt.
Whenever I see a supposably "new" user post garbage like this I immedialety become suspicious.
Nurgle is the sound he makes while processing that happy ending!

What ever happened to attorney/client privilege?

Wrong. He had insufficient or no evidence, you fake lawyer bitch.

Lol, yet another (or a repeat "offender") dummkopf who doesn't know jack shit about law.

For pleading purposes, the allegations in the complaint are deemed to be true and factual. Thus, a finding that there's no evidence prior to the initiation and/or introduction of discovery fails this legal requirement. In this case Trump was denied the ability to engage in discovery and his complaint was summarily dismissed as lacking evidence even though the allegations in the complaint are deemed to be true and factual.

Basically, he was denied due process. The courts didn't want to hear it so they violated their own rules to get rid of his cases.

And you're good with that because you think it'll only happen to the guy you hate and no one else. Meanwhile two words: Patriot Act.

He was not denied due process. 45's lawyers made up shit to try and get it to stick. In states where he might have had a case based on certain Covid leniencies, his lawyers argued other points unrelated that were ultimately rejected due to their speculative bullshit.

All in all, better lawyers probably could've gotten a valid case through. Read through each case and why they were rejected.

A good excerpt from the Detroit case that mirrors other cases
Overall, the court found the plaintiffsā€™ claims of fraud to be speculative, filled with ā€œguess-work,ā€ and often unsubstantiated. Moreover, defendants provided a sufficient amount of evidence to convince the court that they had acted within the law. This decision was affirmed by the Michigan Court of Appeals on Nov. 16, 2020, and by the Michigan Supreme Court on Nov. 23, 2020.

What part of Allegations made in a complaint are deemed to be true and factual for pleading purposes didn't you understand?

There was no discovery allowed, no evidence was admitted because the cases were all dismissed prior to any evidence being produced and admitted.

I get that you said this. I also know that appeals did not reverse rulings.

There was no discovery allowed, no evidence was admitted because the cases were all dismissed prior to any evidence being produced and admitted.
Yes, because the lawsuits were based on frivolous horseshit. Affidavits of observed fraud without.specific location and timing.....claims of denial of observation when individual observation is not guaranteed.

As I said ...a good lawyer might have had their cases make it past the sniff test by actually filing a valid case

Here another thing - something as easily demonstrated as due process being denied - why would any appellate court rule against that if it were true?

But dontcha see, "denied due process" sounds so wrong. Works perfectly for Deplorable victimhood. šŸ˜ƒ

Again, they didn't want to hear it so they broke their own rules to make it go away.

That doesn't mean the merits of the case were heard or that evidence doesn't exist. It means he was denied due process.

Every court in the country was poisoned with anti-Trump brainwashing laser beams Biden had secretly installed on Elon Musk's Starlink satellites.

Honestly, how can a law-abiding dude like him get a fair trail under those circumstances? šŸ¤”
