In Peril

Lol
Of course

So several courts all conspired against 45.

Of course.

You will notice that ALL of the cases against Trump are in deep Blue districts.

As were all of the election cases he brought.

Strange how he can't seem to win in those places yet in the areas which aren't overwhelmingly dominated by blue governance he seems to prevail. Perhaps that's just a coincidence.

Way to move to goal posts.

The cases were shit and were dismissed because they were shit. Appellate and state supreme courts agreed.

Yes, I'm quite sure with your vaunted legal expertise that you believe this is true.

Meanwhile back in the real world...

Lol, yet another (or a repeat "offender") dummkopf who doesn't know jack shit about law.

For pleading purposes, the allegations in the complaint are deemed to be true and factual. Thus, a finding that there's no evidence prior to the initiation and/or introduction of discovery fails this legal requirement. In this case Trump was denied the ability to engage in discovery and his complaint was summarily dismissed as lacking evidence even though the allegations in the complaint are deemed to be true and factual.

Basically, he was denied due process. The courts didn't want to hear it so they violated their own rules to get rid of his cases.

And you're good with that because you think it'll only happen to the guy you hate and no one else. Meanwhile two words: Patriot Act.
Thank you for proving you know nothing about the law. And you pretend to be a lawyer...pffft.

There are standards to civil legislation. Trump's civil cases were frivolous temper tantrums unsupported by evidence, and dismissed properly. They were filed for the optics, not based on any sort of case law.
According to you.

No. According to accepted standards of civil legislation.

And like self professed "Lawyer" Icanhelp/hisarpy/Wizzard guy, you demonstrate AGAIN AND AGAIN, that you have utterly no concept of how civil legislation works in a free and democratic society.

What part of Allegations made in a complaint are deemed to be true and factual for pleading purposes didn't you understand?

There was no discovery allowed, no evidence was admitted because the cases were all dismissed prior to any evidence being produced and admitted.
Happened in a LOT of those appeals - so just bad judges, hateful judges, Democrats, or Biden pulling the strings from behind the bench. Most likely. Certainly not because Trump's orange suit team failed to make a case.

Strange how that happens so often with Trump. You would think someone was trying to keep him from getting a fair trial. :nana: ;)

Oh, but the Judge in Florida is giving the demented corrupt orange traitor a fair trial.

🙄

And the Supreme Court that ruled the corrupt orange traitor could be on the ballot after being adjudicated as having engaged in insurrection gave the corrupt orange traitor a fair trial,

🙄

👉 Derpy 🤣

Well, those are letdowns.

But you can't elect a Democrat to every office or judgeship. That would seem to show bias - even though it would fix a lot of things, 'lots of things,' 'many many things,' as Trump often says in the generic terms he uses.

The Florida situation is ... so egregious.

But Colorado's ballot will be okay. They will not be checking that box for Trump anyway, so there is no harm there. Of course, he will cry over the rigged ballots or some bamboo, or some Italian satellite issues - something that his MAGA base can latch onto.

I'm paraphrasing the courts decisions.

Yes, the one where the cases were dismissed because the courts didn't find merit in the claims being made.

Which, as I said, denied Trump his right to due process.

That was the due process, Matlock.

Look, I know you're locked and have been most of your life but in what actual free universe does denial equal satisfaction?

Trump was denied his day in court. You claim it's because the courts said there's no proof but the issue isn't whether there is or isn't. THE issue is that he was never permitted to produce his evidence before his cases were dismissed.

Summary dismissal isn't due process, it's denial. Just like with you and sex - denied isn't the same as getting it.

He was not denied anything. He filed lawsuits which were dismissed for lacking merit. Frivolous lawsuits are not required to due process.
