Interesting read through this thread. May great ideas but I am suprised that noone has mentioned saline injections, super glue or sutures.

Super glue can be used to glue the labia together. If you do this, make sure that ALL hair is removed! The glue can be removed using nail polish remover.

Saline injections can be done be injecting saline solution into the labia (inner and/or outer), clitoral hood or the clit itself (if you like that pain). It does not take much to be effective, just a few cc's (between 5 and 15). The saline will be absorbed by the body slowly. Whiel the saline is still there, be creative. The sensations are increased. If you want, you can leave the needles in the inflated labia and connect a TENS to them.

And as for sutures, well, use your imagination.
