Good luck! The last time I made biscuits, I made sure to fold the dough over exactly in half after I rolled it out. They came out perfect. When my daughter picked one up and it broke right open, she said, "That is so satisfying!"

It’s like when you turn on your GPS and it says “Head North”. If I knew which way north was, I wouldn’t need a GPS.

I use a rolling pin, but I'm generally using Bisquick or something similar.
