I was pain free during sex pretty quickly after the C-section, but orgasms were a different story. My lower left abs burned when I came. That's all good now, though. All really good. Well, other than Hubby still being overly gentle and worried. I'm hoping he gets over it soon. I am overdue a hard, rough fuck.
