HEY THAT'S MY THING!

YOU OWE ME AND ELDRITCH PACT A SHOUT OUT 😝

How do you successfully make something hidden by a spoiler? I've tried, but it never works.

Please and thank you.

(Oh, this is a negativity thread, so fuck you I guess?)

Don't click my spoiler, I wrote something racist.
something racist
You can't fuck me, you're ultra monogamous or whatever. 😘😝

But as long as we're being negative, I've been reading what I have written for a new story, and it fucking sucks and all my confidence is gone... so much so that I'm taking a break from writing.

So fuck writing, and fuck my lack of talent 🖕🏻

That's what happens every time I'm about three quarters done with something 😅

With me it's the opposite. I struggle to like the first thousand or so words I write, but then the story takes shape in my head and I know what I want to say and how I want to say it.

I have to write another sex scene.

I really want to say, "They have sex. Use your imagination." and leave it at that, but I guess that's not what they're paying me for. And honestly, not what I would be reading for either.
They are not paying us, and I can't worry about what every reader will think. If a full sex scene (or even half of one) is not justified, then I don't put it in. Sometimes the readers will indeed accept that. Anyway, we write, they read. Let them write their own if they wish to see it differently.

Not in a stroker it couldn't! xD

I know, in lurid detail, how they're going to do it. Been thinking about it since yesterday. Now I just have to buckle down and write it.
You can write a stroker if you wish, or just something that is erotic, or even something that is not erotic at all. The site guidelines have no requirements about that. They even have a Non-erotic section. I sometimes put break-up stories (like at the end of a series) there because they just don't fit in Romance or Erotic Couplings, even though there may be elements of those included. Anyway, most romances or affairs (and even marriages) have an ending. They even did two hundred years ago.

You are putting this pressure on yourself. That's okay; just acknowledge it.

Hieroglyphs were basically one font, sort of like Wingdings maybe, but Egyptians also used Hieratic, Demotic, and Coptic scripts at various times, all for writing what was essentially the same language (albeit one evolving over time). And there were also regional variations for certain of the logograms, which I have read may have been the result of the periodic conquests by outside groups like Nubians, whose culture was already quasi-Egyptian by the time their military killed the old ruling class.
[I wasn't taking your question entirely seriously, since this is an apples and papyrus comparison, so please be aware my response is also a bit tongue-in-cheek, and not intended as scholarly research.]

I was being tongue-in-cheek for sure. Anyway, thanks, because I didn't know anything about the subject.
