Both are great series in my opinion but, if you had to watch just one, I'd lean toward Brotherhood as it's a lot closer to the manga.

Although Lily said 'FMA-esque setting', so I'm not sure if it would be in actual continuity with either series or simply using elements for an original story. *pokes Lily for further info*

Well, it's not so much not knowing them, but the new school Wolvie set. Have yet to actually read it,but have heard about it...
