See, Larry here confessed to being a bit of a compulsive liar.... Something that left me in a bit of a paradoxical state, because now I'm not sure if that's the truth or a lie... But why would he have told me if it was... But by telling me, is it true?

...I keep hoping the second season will be the first season and then some but from the perspective of others...to lend the character depth I've been missing

That is one of my few big problems with the series.

Particularly with Mako and Bolin. Bolin is funny and likable, but even by first season standards he doesn't have anywhere near the depth of a Sokka. Meanwhile, Mako's main point of existence seems to be to act as brooding pretty boy shipping fodder. Plus, I think he's kind of an ass for the way he treated Asami toward the end.

That is one of my few big problems with the series.

Particularly with Mako and Bolin. Bolin is funny and likable, but even by first season standards he doesn't have anywhere near the depth of a Sokka. Meanwhile, Mako's main point of existence seems to be to act as brooding pretty boy shipping fodder. Plus, I think he's kind of an ass for the way he treated Asami toward the end.

I saw a thing on Tumblr earlier that said that showed how most of the chars are the OPPOSITE of what ATLA's chars turned into... like the reverting of chars.

Zuko was the asshole firebender that became the semi-likeable cute guy.
Mako is the Semi-likeable cute guy that's slowly becoming the asshole firebender.

Sokka was the comic relief funny man, that turned into the charming ladies' man.
Bolin is the charming ladies' man, slowly turning into just the comic relief.

Even Aang went from the scared kid who thought he couldn't do it to the AMAZING AVATAR!
Korra went from AMAZING AVATAR! to... scared kid who thinks she can't do it.


Heck, even the whole Bending Blocking.
In ATLA... It was a good thing.
In Korra, BAD. EEEEVILLL!!

You can also pretty much watch all the ACTUAL episodes of my little pony:friendship is magic on youtube sense the hub has decided it benefits them more to have that kind of fanbase reach.

It's a good saturday morning cartoon even if I never did care about My Little Pony before this particular show.
