It's a good saturday morning cartoon even if I never did care about My Little Pony before this particular show.

Huh. Kind of makes sense since I doubt the average person who watches on youtube would fit into their official target demographic. So, it probably doesn't do much damage in terms of ad revenue from the ratings. And My Little Pony is cute enough for me in both FIM and 80's version formats, but it's no Rainbow Brite. *nods firmly*

In other news, I just found out about Neil Gaiman returning to comics for a new Sandman prequel mini-series and the first thing which came to mind is that I hope somebody's checking on Chas for possible dehydration from multiple geekgasms.

And I'm actually fairly indifferent toward the show. Seen a few episodes on youtube, mostly ones dealing with Spike. It's cute enough and I can see why adults would take to it (which didn't surprise me in the least considering the original show runner), but there are far better animated series out there to keep my attention.
