I think this was probably a factor, for sure.

In the place and time of my youth, condoms could only be had at drugstores, and you had to show i.d. to prove you were old enough. I can only imagine that a young woman buying them faced a stigma that men didn't.

I mastered the art of BJs long before I had sex. Measured in years. I was definitely more self conscious about receiving than giving at the time, but that was before sex as well.

For me it was mostly a responsibility thing. I didn’t want to deal with the possible emotional and physical consequences that accompanied sex until I was in college. Well, if one were to look at the original question I posed, I answered the question quite clearly. However, this is clearly not enough. I will give you a formal disquisition… no, dickuisition on blowjobs.

What do I think about blowjobs?

I find blowjobs to be about the best thing on the planet. Boobs would be the competition here. For me, there is something extra hot seeing a woman on her knees. Is it because there are maybe some kind of submissive elements there? I don’t know. Probably. Is it because I can look down and see her boobs and my dick in her mouth? Most definitely.
