You don't know how many men, reading this, wish they were in your position. Lucky man. I suggest you go with it and treat it as a game or a few hours of fun. It's a one off and I'm helping this lady tick another item off her bucket list. What harm can it do. Talk to her about it in advance. If there are colours or things you really don't want tell her.
