I do am on the quest to slowly loose weight. Been making good progress this past year, but it is a slow process since I do enjoy to eat. I focus on exercise & take a variety of cardio & resistance training classes on my journey. Good luck on your health journey and keep having fun with your feminine dressing along the way! :heart:
