Well, it is official now. The papers for the Power of Attorney was signed today. The kids are ours.

Thanks guys. I do think the kids will be better off. I sure intend to try to make sure of it. Oh, and the mother blew off her court date today. She figured that since she was signing over the kids that she didn't have to go to court to explain their truancy.
