Fara, I would never want you to 'ruin' any of your body parts, and I accept heavy gauge piercings aren't for everyone! But lighter gauge rings or barbells can accentuate the look and sensitivity ...some women I've known with pierced nipples have said that they love the feeling when their nipples are being played with and tugged by the rings.
