What I meant was, I'm 6 foot 8, and I've picked her up when she's facing me and carried her into the bath when I'm still inside. It's a bit harder to do from the back, i.e. with her back to my chest and my arms around her middle. It's hard to do with out squashing the breath out of the lady! Ok. We tried it. It didn't work for us.

As I said, I'm 5' 5 1/2". My husband's 5' 9", so he's not that much taller than I am. My poor lil' legs are just too short.
